Hello there! My name is Esi, I am a 45 year old fitness coach dedicated to helping women who are approaching 40 and those that are 40+ to embrace their strength, energy and health. At this stage in life, our fitness needs and goals shift, and so should our approach. I'm here to create and guide you through tailored workouts, assist with nutrition and offer support while you go this this transformative phase. Together, we will build a programme that fits your life, helps you feel strong and enables you to thrive with confidence.
